From hotels to theme parks to restaurants, Mariana’s extensive guest service experience as well as her southern hospitality touch come to life at Orexis. Besides her passion for food, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family! 

From Covina, California, Irene came here when she was 4 years old and has been living in LV ever since. On her free time, she likes to hang out with her friends and family and enjoys painting and a good movie. She has over five years in hotel and f&b experience and is excited to be opening up her first restaurant OREXIS. 

Originally from San Diego, California, Ashley moved to Las Vegas in order to pursue her bachelor's degree in hospitality management at UNLV. She took a food and beverage class and became interested in creating Orexis with her fellow classmates. 

Cristina moved to Las Vegas to finish her Bachelor’s degree at UNLV in Hospitality Management. She is currently working as a Supervisor at Four Seasons on the Strip. She loves cooking, creating and was a part of the team that created Orexis!

Yonas is originally from Eritrea which is located in East Africa. He came to Las Vegas in 2013 and  began high school as a freshman. After graduating high school, he came to UNLV to do hospitality management. He has three years of customer service. Currently he is doing an internship at Four Season hotel and resort.  He love cooking and he is part of team that created Orexis!!
